    1. Returns Eligibility

    You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order provided that:

    • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

    • The item is returned in a resellable condition

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

    2. Pre-Order Items

    Many Beckette & Thread products are released as limited pre-order drops.

    By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that dispatch dates may vary depending on production and supplier timelines. Customers will receive updates via email regarding their order status.

    Pre-orders may be cancelled before production has begun if demand for production is not met. If this situation occurs, all orders will be refunded immediately.

    3. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Gift cards

    • Personalised or custom-made products

    • Stickers or consumable accessories once opened

    4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

    If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

    5. How To Request A Return

    6. Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The wrong item was sent

    • The item arrived damaged

    We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for items lost during return transit.

    7. Refunds

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    8. Exchanges

    We currently only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you require a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed.
